Appointment Policy
Appointments are preferred. Calling ahead to set up an appointment for you and your pet will ensure that we have adequate time to address your pets needs. Walk-Ins and emergencies are welcomed at an additional charge. Emergencies will have priority.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required when services are rendered. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Debit Card, and personal checks. We will not accept personal checks without a valid driver’s license and social security number. The account must also be in good standing. We do not accept personal checks from new clients upon their initial visit, and business checks are not accepted.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection and the protection of our patients, we do require all dogs be on a leash and controlled by the owner while waiting in the lobby. All cats should be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

Boarding Policy
For pets boarding with us, we do require that all vaccinations are current and that each pet be free of external and internal parasites. Vaccinations required for dogs are DHLPP/CORONA/BORDETELLA/RABIES/FECAL TEST, and cats need to be current on FVRCP/RABIES. For first time boarders a 50% deposit (in cash or credit card) is required.
